This stunning floor displays consists of 2 x 34" / 86cm foil number balloons each anchored to a 3-tier spiral balloon column decorated with 5" latex balloons.
Please choose the foil numbers you require as well as their colour.
Please choose up to 3 colours that you would like for the 3 tier base.
The colour of the smaller 5" balloons will be acccording to the colours chosen for the base.
The colours in the image are as follows:
Numbers - Rainbow
Latex Colours for the base - Fuchsia / Reflex Lime Green / Reflex Blue (5" Neon Yellow)
