The balloon tower in the main image (and 4th & 5th images) has a Confetti Bubble balloon at the top. The confetti will be in keeping with the balloon colours chosen for the tower. The top balloon doesn't have to be a Confetti Bubble balloon. It can be, for example,  a shape balloon (like the crown in the 2nd image) or an Orbz balloon (3rd image) .
 
If you prefer a different balloon at the top please let us know your preference in the Anything More To Add box or call us to discuss the possibilities. 
 
Please choose up to 3 colours from the option boxes. The main image shown features Metallic Violet, Satin (Pearl) Fuchsia and Satin (Pearl) White.
