The balloon tower in the main image (and 2nd image) has a Confetti Bubble balloon at the top. The confetti will be in keeping with the balloon colours chosen for the tower. The top balloon doesn't have to be a Confetti Bubble balloon. It can be, for example, an Orbz balloon (3rd image) or a shape balloon (like the crown in the last image). Please let us know in the Anything More To Add box or call us to discuss the possibilities.
