Numbers can be changed as well as the colour of the latex balloons
Instead of the two numbers we can also do two silver letters

The latex balloon base can be made up using standard, metallic or reflex balloons or a combination of all!

Please choose from up to 2 colours for the balloon base: Main Colour (5" Balloon Colour #1) & Contrast Colour  (5" Balloon Colour #2)
